The legal basis for this processing is your consent or the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Types of Data. The Data processed for these purposes is relating to the identity and contact details of the data subjects (full name, e-mail address, telephone number). In order to improve our services, we also collect user login data (IP addresses, pages viewed, time of connection, type of web browser used).
Mandatory nature of the form. In order to respond to your request for information, all fields of the form must be completed, and you must check the box for consent to the processing of your Data. Otherwise, we will not be able to answer your request.
Recipients of the Data. The Data is intended for iObeya’s internal use. They are not passed on to third parties, with the exception of iObeya’s subcontractors.
Storage period. The period during which data subjects’ Data is stored varies according to the purposes for which it is processed.
The data collected via the form is kept for a period of 3 years from the last contact with the person concerned.
Login data is only stored for a period of 24 months.
