Si ces projets importants ne progressent pas dans la bonne direction ou \u00e0 la bonne vitesse, les dirigeants interviennent. Cependant, le cabinet Mckinsey explique avoir vu dans les organisations diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes pour \u00ab r\u00e9soudre \u00bb plusieurs petits probl\u00e8mes que l&rsquo;organisation n&rsquo;avait pas encore bien d\u00e9finis ou compris. <\/p>\n<p>Si une approche bas\u00e9e sur les projets ne fonctionne pas, quelle est la solution ? <\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, la seule mani\u00e8re de g\u00e9rer ces petits probl\u00e8mes quotidiens est de les d\u00e9tecter et de les r\u00e9soudre au fur et \u00e0 mesure qu&rsquo;ils surviennent (ou m\u00eame avant). <\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie que les managers et dirigeants passent de l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit \u00ab je connais les r\u00e9ponses et je dirige les employ\u00e9s \u00bb \u00e0 \u00ab j&rsquo;apprends des personnes qui sont au plus pr\u00e8s des probl\u00e8mes et je les coache \u00bb. <\/p>\n<p>En effet, on passe alors \u00e0 un mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9solution de centaines de petits probl\u00e8mes chaque ann\u00e9e \u2013 au lieu de g\u00e9rer seulement les grands projets, ce qui n\u00e9cessite de d\u00e9velopper une capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes plus distribu\u00e9e. <\/p>\n<p>Ce sont les dirigeants qui ont la responsabilit\u00e9 de mod\u00e9liser des comportements de coaching et d\u2019analyse de r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes et de veiller \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient adopt\u00e9s \u00e0 tous les niveaux de l&rsquo;organisation. <\/p>\nCe qu\u2019il faut viser : Chaque personne dans l&rsquo;organisation prend l&rsquo;initiative de r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes qui lui sont les plus pertinents.
