Ce sch\u00e9ma facilite la compr\u00e9hension globale des leviers de performance, et permet d\u2019identifier <strong>les points d\u2019action prioritaires<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Les arbres montrent alors clairement comment les KPIs de niveau inf\u00e9rieur, tels que l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des postes de travail ou les temps d&rsquo;arr\u00eat des machines, ont un impact direct sur les objectifs de niveau sup\u00e9rieur, tels que le volume de production et la rentabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c0 noter<\/em> : Le KPI Tree ne doit pas \u00eatre confondu avec un <strong>Metrics Tree<\/strong>, plus orient\u00e9 processus que finalit\u00e9.
