Vous verrez rapidement ce qui coince, ce qui ralentit, ce qui est contourn\u00e9. Les vraies causes d\u2019inefficacit\u00e9 ne sont pas dans les tableaux Excel, elles sont dans le quotidien. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Mon conseil <\/strong>: prenez un carnet, suivez un processus pendant une heure, sans interrompre, sans corriger. Juste pour comprendre.
