comp\u00e9titif, plus responsable\u2026 Mais combien de plans strat\u00e9giques \u00e9chouent, non pas faute d\u2019id\u00e9es ou de ressources, mais faute d\u2019implication r\u00e9elle des collaborateurs ? <\/p>\n\n<p>Le Lean en est un bon exemple. Beaucoup pensent qu\u2019il suffit de former les \u00e9quipes aux outils ou de lancer quelques chantiers<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iobeya.com\/fr\/blog\/kaizen-amelioration-continue-4-principes\/\"> Kaizen<\/a> pour transformer l\u2019organisation. Mais sans une \u00e9volution profonde des comportements, des habitudes et des croyances\u2026 \u00e7a ne prend pas. <\/p>\n\n<p>Pourquoi ? C\u2019est la mani\u00e8re implicite dont on prend des d\u00e9cisions, dont on r\u00e9agit \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me, dont on g\u00e8re un \u00e9cart. Elle ne se d\u00e9cr\u00e8te pas : elle se construit, dans le quotidien. \n\n<\/p><p>La strat\u00e9gie, elle, trace un cap. Elle d\u00e9finit ce qu\u2019on veut atteindre. Mais si la culture n\u2019est pas align\u00e9e avec ce cap, la strat\u00e9gie reste th\u00e9orique. \n\n<\/p><p>Prenons un exemple simple : une entreprise veut instaurer une culture d\u2019innovation. Elle pr\u00e9voit un budget, une \u00e9quipe d\u00e9di\u00e9e, un plan d\u2019action. Mais dans les faits, les managers sanctionnent les erreurs, les id\u00e9es nouvelles sont per\u00e7ues comme des risques, et les \u00e9quipes n\u2019ont pas le temps de sortir la t\u00eate du guidon. R\u00e9sultat ?
