Notre difficult\u00e9 en tant qu\u2019individus ou organisations est que nous sommes conditionn\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre victimes de VUCA. Cet \u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit de victime peut entraver notre capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;agir sur ce qui peut \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9, sans parler de r\u00e9agir de mani\u00e8res raisonn\u00e9es lorsque les circonstances changent. \n<\/p><p>\n \n\nQue faudrait-il pour faire \u00e9voluer le VUCA vers ce que Bob Johansen appelle le <strong>VUCA Prime (Vision, Compr\u00e9hension, Clart\u00e9 et Agilit\u00e9)<\/strong> ? La gestion de la performance est con\u00e7ue pour mesurer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;efficience des processus en suivant les <strong>indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance (KPI)<\/strong>. Elle est obtenue en fournissant un feedback continu bas\u00e9 sur les indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance.
