Daily Capacity Management
The Daily Capacity Management module allows you to visually plan and steer your daily activities in a collaborative manner and with a high level of detail. The DCM’s main purpose is to optimize the work capacity of the members of the team.
DCM Board
- Visually plan and steer your daily activities in a collaborative manner and with a high level of detail (15 minutes granularity).
- Manage the time (or the capacity) of a given resource, regardless of whether this is a person or a piece of equipment.
Task standardization
- Available capacity can be filled with standardized tasks from a customizable catalog or with a bulk import from external software, such as a scheduler.
- During execution, operators can easily update task statuses on anDuring execution, operators can easily update task statuses on an ongoing basis and give a visual outlook of execution progress. This is accessible anytime, anywhere, and on any device.
- iObeya allows you to scan a QR code from another device for easy access to the hyperlink associated with a task.
Actions & KPIs
- In case of deviation, a quick fix can be prompted and a corrective action can be created in a related QCD letter.
- A KPI dashboard displays the adherence to the schedule, activity rate of added value tasks, duration task evolution and duration tasks.
- You can also have an overview of the different tasks of the room or of a specific board
