Smart boards
In Addition to whiteboards, iObeya offers intelligent boards such as dynamic planning boards, Kanban boards, Scaled Agile boards etc. for multiple use cases shared across several teams.
Planning
- The Planning board generates a planning-type image with a time indicator and “swim lanes” that can be adjusted to meet planning modifications as they may appear.
- Parameters can be modified. For example, if a project runs late you can extend the end date. All elements placed on the board will relocate accordingly.
Kanban
- In a Kanban board you can choose the columns and the maximum acceptable Work In Progress limits.
- When the WIP limits are reached the indicator at the top of the column turns red to indicate overflow.
Agile boards
- As a SAFe® Partner we have created 2 specific boards for your Agile at Scale programs.
- In the PI Planning Board you find the teams, number and duration of iterations, and the start date of a Program Increment. This board allows you to identify dependencies and key milestones of a PI.
- The PI Planning Team Board is based on an existing PI Program board. The board has configurable capacity/velocity fields per sprint to manage team capacity and automatic load calculations based on story points.
Shared board
- A board can be shared multiple times with a user, and this shared board can be used in multiple rooms.
- When sharing a board, the owner of this board decides whether to grant read-only or read/write rights.
- If the shared board is edited, the original board is also edited for real-time information sharing.
