Whiteboarding session
All users registered on an iObeya platform can open a 48-hour long whiteboarding session and invite any users to join them regardless of their room access.
Breakout room
- A whiteboarding session can be carried out by all users and provide access to a board for up to 100 participants for 48 hours.
- This board is independent from a room.
- Each user can open one whiteboarding session at a time.
- It is an easy and quick way to perform ideation with your team. Starting a session takes seconds and does not require any administrators to take action.
Reusable
- Visual exports (PNG or PDF) are available for a 30-day period following the end of the whiteboarding session.
- Exports are a very high resolution image, ideal if you wish to include your board in a presentation.
- Whiteboarding sessions can be downloaded locally, and re-imported in any room in a .ZIP format.
Secure Access
- iObeya is an ISO/IEC 27001 certified software
- A unique URL is generated for each whiteboarding session.
- The whiteboard session is accessible only with an access code or its url or a specific invitation sent by email.
- You can also share a QR code for people to join via a tablet or a phone with the iObeya Mobile Companion.
Types of sessions
- A whiteboarding session can be a simple white board with standard elements found in the tool dock.
- You can also use an existing board that you have downloaded. This way the whiteboarding session starts with all the existing board characteristics (e.g. board size, background, and dock).
