iObeya replicates traditional Oobeya (big room), providing a collaborative platform for your Visual Management. It is a web-based application available in 9 languages (English, US English, French, German, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Japanese and Dutch).

- iObeya rooms are virtual and contain different types of boards that are dedicated to a given team or project.
- Rooms are composed of different sized boards, which help to organise and bring meaning to your visual elements for Lean and Agile rituals.
- The background catalogue offers hundreds of free visual management board backgrounds. All the Agile, Lean methodologies such as Ishikawa, 5W, PESTLE, Speedboat etc. are available.
- You can also import an image from your computer, allowing you to build from scratch your own designs, methodologies, and visual identities from scratch.
Multi devices web app
- You can enjoy the full iObeya software experience by using it on a large interactive display or any portable device.
- Accessible from a web browser, there is nothing to install and the tool is accessible 24/7 from anywhere.
- For mobility, you can use iObeya on a tablet when you are on the move. For example, during your Gemba walks.
