iObeya in Brazilian Portuguese (Beta)!

iObeya is now available in 10 languages! We are delighted to announce that beta version of Brazilian language has now been added to the list with the latest version of iObeya. Both end-user and administration interfaces have been fully localized and are now available in French, English, German, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, Russian, Dutch, Polish and Brazilian Portuguese.  

As this is a beta release, your feedback is invaluable. If you notice any inaccuracies or areas for improvement in the translations, we’d love to hear from you. Please reach out directly at ssharma@iobeya.com with your suggestions and any relevant screen captures.

Filter QCD actions plan using a time range

With iObeya 4.36, we introduced a new improvement to the QCD action plans. You now have the ability to filter actions listed in an action plan within a specified time range, either by due date or by the creation date of each action. This added functionality allows for precise tracking of ongoing and upcoming tasks, tailored to your specific timeframe requirements.

This improvement empowers you to manage and visualize actions more efficiently, bringing greater clarity and organization ultimately enhancing your Visual Management experience.

API / Integration

New capabilities provided by the iObeya Cloud API

For 2024, trends in data and analytics underscore the importance of managing complexity, building trust, and strengthening team capabilities to leverage data effectively. As advanced technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and automation tools become integral to decision-making, iObeya’s API services play a key role in enabling seamless and robust data integration within daily visual management practices.

Version 4.36 of iObeya provides enriched API services, allowing companies to integrate more deeply and effectively data in iObeya.

  • Room services now return room playload that include room icon, closingDate, isPublic and isInstantMeeting flags.
  • Extract QCD actions service payload return creation date and last modification date, including hours and seconds.
  • Extract QCD actions service payload return cause and solution fields.
  • Board image service returns a contentUrl property allowing to easily retrieve and use the corresponding asset.
  • User response payload includes the color of the default avatar for the user.
  • Domain response payload includes the archive date of the domain if defined by platform administrators.
  • Card creation services accept x and y values allowing to create the card at a predefined position on a board.
